3. Negotiating Exceptional Terms

We secured exceptional terms by offering to take the space in its existing condition, requiring a full strip-out and rebuild. This creative approach delivered:

  • Below-market rates 
  • Break clause at 36 months
  • Protecting future expansion options

4. Demolition & Site Preparation

When we took possession, the space featured a 20-year-old fitout with outdated infrastructure that failed to meet modern tech workplace standards. Our team executed a full strip-out and strategic rebuild. We performed an infrastructure overhaul:
